Hudson-Palace Player of The Year

edited January 2009 in General Charlton
Mark Hudson is to be awarded player of the year by Crystal Palace for the amount of goals that he has been at fault in conceding for Charlton Athletic and for his contribution towards their dramatic drop in form this season as they struggle for survival in the championship. He has done more to enhance his ex-employers this season than his current ones.

  • I agree, a lot of us fans had a pop at mcCarthy last season but he is ten times the player of Hudson. McCarthy had a few bad games but Hudson makes Paddy look world class LOL.

I do think we have some good players but not a good team at this level but I think it does not matter who we buy/loan our problem is our management/coaching/tactics etc!

The reason I think this is that players that leave our club play much better at other clubs.

And there in a nutshell is the reason why this board needs to get rid of this management team clean the club out top to bottom and employ someone with a fresh strategy who can get the "players" to play to the levels we as fans expect.
In short get rid of Pardewkinson. I really don't see any other course of action.
  • Hudson is one of the best technical players in the championship, strong tackler, good in the air, not bad going forward, calm and links the defence well with midfield. But why the f**k is he at fault for a large amount of goals conceded this season?! I do not understand how a player so skillfull is not performing to his capabilities. Story of Charlton Athletic i suppose.
  • Palace know him as Agent Hudson.

"Let's raid the Charltonlife board and pretend we're addicks! They'll never guess cos they are stupid LOL"
  • Why do we go for so many ex-palace players?- How man Man City players have Man Utd signed or How many Everton players have Liverpool signed?
