Result was not suprising at all. The thing that has shockes me is how the standards seem to fall after each game.
No lessons get learned from the previous weeks shambles.
Sheff Weds deserved their victory but they are not decent team! Our ineptitude made them look good.
We fail on the simplest of things like string a decent pass together.
THe only bright bits of the game were Shelvey who worked his socks off and Randolph who pulled two good saves.
Gray had a very poor game.
A miserable day for the 700 or so who went.
I was kidding myself that perhaps we have turned a corner but we failed on the two big tests/6 pointers ie Forest and these lot today.
Whoever had kittens after us beating Norwich and predicted a win today really must face reality and take on board that we are going down and don't have the quality to pick up enough points to get out of this.
We are not good enough. End of.
I will stil be going to the cup game next week and them away days in Jan and Feb.
Normal service has been resumed ladies and gents.

In big shite mate but hey look forward to seeing you at Crewe away on a cold Tuesday night next season.
I am just going to enjoy the ride mate hence sticking with my plan to go to the games.
I know I am not going to see a decent game of football.
Look forward to catching up in some away shithole next season.
I started going to watch Sheffield Wednesday regularly in 1982 when I was 12 and so have seen them play in the top league for 16 years, watched them away in the UEFA Cup in Luxembourg and Germany , reach 3 Cup Finals and beat Manchester United in one of those.
I have also seen us relegated 3 times and been bottom of Division 3 (in old money) only avoiding relegation to Division 4 (old money) by a few points in 2004.
I've missed about 10 matches home and away in 20 years and even followed them pre-season abroad to places like Holland, Sweden, Denmark and Ibiza so ....
I think I can speak from experience when I say If you do get relegated although depressing just see it as another adventure, going to lots of grounds you've never been too and if you're anything like us you'll fill the away end nearly every away game, the atmosphere will be great (as long as you are winning) and you'll have a good laugh.
Live through the bad times to enjoy the good I say.
The scenes when we took 41,000 fans to the Millenium Stadium for our Division 1 playoff Final in 2005 will live with me forever.
Keep believing!!!
Thanks for not taking offence at my comment about your side not being decent as that takes a lot away from your performance. I meant it really exposed our shortcomings and to be honest it does not take much to do that.
i dont expect us to win week in week out and the result has not made me upset at all. i accepted the clubs fate many weeks ago to the point I dont get upset.I just go for a day out and have banter with fellow fans.
Your team deserved to win the game no doubt about it.
What really gets up my tree is the lack of passion, skill etc from the players plus the lack of backbone from the manager (who has cancelled tomorrows training as he feels the players and himself need a break from each other and stil comes out with the "all we need is a win" bollocks) makes it worse.
No balls no credentials and I am sick of people making excuses for lightweights such as these who are paid good money for doing absolutely fuck all. Also disturbing is how we never learn from our errors from the previous games.
Talk is so cheap.
We have been through worse long before today when club was staffed on and off the pitch by people who actually gave a shit and paid a lot lot less.
All the best for the season

Milton Keynes look like coming up anyway so you'll not be going there but you'll have the delights of Peterborough United, Huddersfield Town, Leeds United, Colchester United's new ground, Hartlepool United, Carlisle United, Northampton Town, Southend United, Bristol Rovers and Brighton and Hove Albion to name a few.
In fact I'm jealous as I've not been to Colchester's new ground, Bristol Rovers or Northampton Town.
getting stuffed by your mob today has quite an irony to it.
You have had ten years of boardroom discontent and under-performance as a side.
We had ten years of out-performance for our size, and a solid board we trusted on everything.
Now it appears both our clubs are changing ends, so to speak.
Good luck to you, looks like its going to be your turn to enjoy a spell on the up.
Spare a thought for us though, as the evidence against us is stacking up, and there appears no loophole. The fact thee are thousands of witnesses doesn't help either.
I think we could be going down for a lengthy stretch.
League 1 will be an adventure, but probably not a pleasant one for us.
You had a pre-season tour to Ibiza?!! Well i can imagine that beats the trip to the west country that we usually do.

Yep, was fantastic :-)
We played in the Copa De Ibiza Tournament in 2004 (see photo's here :- My facebook photo's ) which is organized by a company called Play Hard Sports (Play Hard Sports Link )
I was lucky enough to get a press pass and so got on and around the pitch for those photo's :-)
They invite 3 teams from England (Sheffield Wednesday, Watford and Preston when we took part) and a local team called S.D Portmany.
We were then in Division 1 (old money) and played Preston (Championship) in a semi-final and then Watford in the final losing on penalties.
We took around 800 fans out there with about 200 Watford and 50 Preston.
If Booked through Play Hard Sports you received a match ticket for all 4 games (there was a 3rd / 4th play off game too)
You should try and get Charlton to enter it as it's a great excuse for a holiday :-)
