Could we get him back on loan? Does Parky have a good relationship with him? He knows where the net is....

If we want to have any chance of getting out of the league mess, we've got to do something bold.

    No chance I'm afraid - he's had clear the air talks with Coppell and wants to stay 'til the end of the season and help them go up. Plus he's out of contract then so even if a club comes in for him now they will have to buy him or take him on loan with a view to making a payment at the end of the season.

    I don't think he is on that inflated a wage to be honest, but is probably accutely aware of his marketablity as a free agent in the summer.

    So if he bangs in 10+ for us, wouldn't that help his marketability? I know I'm clutching at straws...and I have a sneaking suspicion it might even have been Murty that he fell out with last year, in which case, forget it!

    Thought he was one of the few decent loan signings last season. Was just stuck in a team that was self-imploding all around him.

    Would snap him up on loan if it was possible.
