Petition to stop that childs voice just before kick off!

I like to think of the valley as a ground where away fans are in awe of our great staduim and the buzz we have around the place. As the players run out and the red robin plays i still get that buzz that it might be are day. But when i hear that childs voice it all drains out of me i dont care what he is saying were trying to get the players buzzing ready for the occassion not feeling embrassed as i feel listeng to that stupid voice. Its makes us look like a bunch of mugs which we are not. No matter what league ill be there singing away. Does any one agree with me on this?

Sorry but we are contractually obliged to play it! It's played at all clubs who have signed up to the League's family respect campaign.

Does it have to be at that point though ? Can't it be a couple of minutes before the players come out ?

I agree with AFKA cant they play it before. Or at half time. Its so stupid and i really feel strong about moving when its played...

I really would like the board to change when they play that voice so at least the players can be buzzing!!!

Get rid of the kid, get rid of the stoopid fish, get rid of the pitch announcer and lets have a good sing song instead. Oh.

If we made enough noise at the start of the match, you wouldn't have to hear the kid. I can barely hear it in the north upper. Can't say it bothers me, I just take the piss out of it ("Please don't say f*** or c*** in the family stand")

yeah get rid of the kid, is f*cking annoying... if it needs to be played do it at 14:00 (like all other clubs in the league) when we are all still in the boozer.

Fine I'll shut up then. I just thought that in the grand scheme of things moaning at this announcement, kid or no kid is a bit like shifting deckchairs on the Titanic....:o) I'll crawl back to the hole from whence I came!
