Enough of this doom an gloom.......Lamb chops roast for me. What about you ?

  • pork chops roast at the Large residence. At work at the moment though so still a bit doom and gloom for me.

  • Quorn,brussells and roast 'tatters.
  • Roast pork and all the trimmings for lunch, five a side this evening
  • shepherd pie and veg followed by Man U V Chelsea in glorious HD , though judging by Fergies blotchy face I'm not sure how glorious the HD is
  • The missus is rustling up a nice chilli as I type!
  • A mixture of ibuprofene and valium washed down by the finest bottle of scotch money can buy.

    A diet i can safely recommend to any Charlton fan.

    Roast beef, roast potatoes, yorkshire puds, broccoli, carrots, parsnips, sprouts, gravy and horseradish sauce. YUMMY.
