Were there actually any at the game tonight?

  • About 350, I reckon.

750 at a guess, based on half the stand being half full. not bad all things considered. how many would we have taken up there on a tuesday nigh 3 weeks before xmas?
do we announce how many away fans there are/were?
  • i was actually impressed with their turnout, just goes to show that even a relative small club like Blackburn has a sizeable ex-pat amount in London and the South East, something we simply don't have around the country.
  • Polo - you reckon we'd have taken half that many up there ? (not even for a saturday game mate!)

But how many travelled down and how many were ex-pats from Blackburn who live in/around London?
  • The number of Blackburn surprised me.
Was only expecting 200-300 but there must have been 750-800 - fair play to them.
Thought the overall crowd was decent though.
Man City only got 25k on Monday and that included a decent Watford contigent.
Good support from the Covered End and also the East Stand last night.

They brought one coachload. The rest were ex-pats, I reckon.
  • I thought there were 3 coaches parked behind the away end when I left ?
  • Did they manage one song all game though?
  • Thats what I was on about Medders...Didnt hear them once!

  • i heard a little ripple, about half an hour in. but it wasnt very good and i couldn't hear what they said.

i did hear a little cheer when they thought their shot in the first half had gone in when it hit the side netting

but that was it. can't really criticise away fans tho, fair play to em, if last night was an away fixture...i wouldnt have been there.
