Are we still trading at a loss on a monthly basis, and if so, what is being done to ensure that there is sufficient cash available to meet payments to creditors?

Given that the lack of relegation clauses in Premiership contracts has contributed to our problems in that we are paying Premiership wages on Championship income, do players' contracts have relegation clauses in the event of us going down to league 1 from the Championship?
eg will Christiansen only get £2.5 k a week for doing nothing instead of £5k? (Don't put that in really!!)

At the City Addicks meeting I attended some one,in all seriousness, asked about the superstore stocking more knit wear, I think they were representing the former Fans Director, could throw that one in
"Given that the club has now taken to promoting on the website the forthcoming fixtures of our local rivals, are there any plans to split our club shop so that we can sell their mechandise as well"

reminded me of the old selhurst days when the 75 bus had got there a bit early and with plenty of time to kill and too young to drink so i would wander round to the palace/charlton club shop at the sainsburys end
got my first piece of fake ID my Charlton Athletic Supporters Club memebership card.Put in the wrong date of birth and then use it in the local boozers, worked a treat.
Are the club close to breaching any of their banking loan covenants in relation to their mortgage and overdraft and when are these facilities up for renewal? If banks are looking to reprice (heavily upwards) then are the Board of Directors committed sufficiently to consider repaying this debt by investing further funds into the club on better terms to save on interest costs?
shirty if you are going can you liase with people on the fans forum who may have points they wish to raise, who may not be shareholders.
On the above issue it appears that Dave Rudd is in the process of sending a group of questions to the board before the agm on wednesday. For this reason i will piece together the questions i have so far, and will send the most pressing ones to the board before the agm. I cannot see myself being allowed to ask no more than about 3 questions anyway, as other shareholders will rightly want to have there say.
Since Derek Chappell publically stated at the Bromley supporters meeting that Parkinson's permanent hiring "would be based on results, " and "not on performance," he could be asked what those "results were" that he needed to attain, since he was handed the job after 0 wins in 8 matches as caretaker manager?
It would also be interesting to know if Parkinson was given a raise when made permanent manager, and how long does his contract run?

AA I kinda think someone might ask that one and your supplementary? Sadly I wont be there.

I think this was fundamentally why the Directors invested more when they did. I really am getting pretty damned fed up with the criticism levelled at the Directors who helped in the financial restructure. By all means mistakes have been made but dont knock the guys when they stepped in and did what was in the best interests of the club at the time. If I was a Director reading some of this and the club are in the future faced with administration I would keep my hand firmly in my pocket and say sorry but not again.

Having been at that meeting I draw 2 conclusions:-
1) DC probably didnt mean to say what he did in quite the way he did ( I dont at all disagree with what was said)
2) It is now less likely that we will get Directors to either attend or speak as openly as they may have in the past
Is the board prepared to quash all rumours of the club entering administration and assure the shareholders/supporters that this will not be allowed to happen?

Are you suggesting that AA's questions are in some way out of order?

Background music of Leonard Cohen
The smell of jossticks wafting around the room
Derek Chappell has a nervous breakdown whilst reading through the years report
then nervously asks any questions from the floor?:
Cue:
"Are we doing anything about the West Stand catering?"
I will be attending, and want to put my views across, but without need to start ranting at the board.
No bloody questions about potholes.
;-)

how much they owe you Weegie ?

Seen and noted. Thank you.
not worth it. We'll still go out to a lower division side in the first round : - )
