Nothing wrong with being honest Mike, i think the crowd will prove there are many similar to you.
  • At least there will be a realistic crowd count for the day.
I will not be there and i have no excuse what so ever, apart from knowing that we are cup run specialists!
Oh, and we need to concentrate on the league...........zzzzzzzzzz
  • I to will also be honest, I have a sore throat/headache and I generally feel lousy, what a RESULT I could miss it ;-)
  • I'm going, as despite seeing us lose every Saturday I still have nothing better to do.

Hopefully I will get to see Yassin/Dickson/McLeod/Shelvey/Wright playing without any pressure on them.
  • No, working, wouldn't go anyway, skint for the next few weeks.
  • question for the board can we not do brum and offer free entry to season ticket holders if we get through this one
  • Never miss a home game and no reason to now irrespective how bad things are.

Also gives me an opportunity to take my 3 year old to his first competitive game.
  • Never miss a home game unless it's a family wedding. Only missed 5 home games in 35 years. So yes I'll be there.
  • I am going as I am taking my step son (who is a Spurs supporter) and his girlfriend (who is a gooner) in additional to my son and I who are season ticket holders- and we got the add ons seats next to ours. At a tenner each I thought it would be nice for them so catch a game as they don't really go to any matches although I did take them (and my wife) to the Yeovill Carling cup game.

Then Sunday my son and I have got tickets for the Gillingham/Aston Villa game, so it should be a very good weekend.

  • PP still in charge not sure that I can be bothered.
  • question who will go next season 1st round proper
  • I'm going, however I'm starting to wish I had a proper excuse not to go, but I don't. I am not enthusiastic about the day, doing it out of habit and a perverse sense of loyalty, although I can't say honestly the club or side has rewarded that loyalty in the last few seasons.
  • [cite]Posted By: northstandsteve[/cite]question who will go next season 1st round proper

Definately i'd go to every cup game we were in - 1st round only ;o)
  • i am going, along with my sis and my son. not entirely sure why. we are sitting somewhere else for a change. I tend to be a bit hit and miss with the fa cup games in terms of attendance, but for some reason a voice in my head has been telling me to go to this game.
  • I'll be there, sitting in the NW Quad to see if the view's any better than Row N of the East.
  • Will decide on the day; the only thing that would persuade me to go is that it's on the doorstep and I may not have anything else to do. Saving fifteen quid and taking a short break from all things Charlton is quite an appealling thought.
  • Just spoke to the wife. Her dad has bought her a ticket without consultation, she now feels obiliged to go!!!

    LMFAO.

Only football for me this week will be the big kent derby tomorrow.

    Welling vs Bromley 3pm PVR
  • of course, bringing loads of my sons mates also to give us extra support.
  • yes, with my son

  • I'll be there - not bad value at 'old gits' price of a tenner!!
  • Gonna give it a miss, will be taking my daughter to her first horse riding lesson.
  • really can't believe i am going to make my first cup game since the one that Boothroyd scored a the winner with a blasted free kick and my youngest daughter learnt a few new words from Mr Curbishley..

May be mad but just feel i should given what's going on..
  • Mrs MOG said she'll treat me.
    Thanks luv !
  • Of course.
  • i will be conducting a strategic review on saturday morning that will determine my attendance or not.
  • yep, always get a good crowd of us out for the FA Cup.
  • I'll definitely be there after a couple of hours in the lib of course
  • Got my tickets so of course shall be going and will support the team.
  • I'll be there.:-)
