from what I witnessed first hand on Saturday Omar Pouso CANNOT be any worse than either Holland or Faye. If he is then send him back now and stop wasting our time and money on him. If he isn't then why not give him a go. We have nothing to lose and much to gain.

Disagree - "not adapted to the speed of the Premiership quite yet" they said - what a load of bollocks - they can judge that from 45 minutes worth of football in a 4-4-3 formation which Dowie trialled in the first half of the Pompey game?

They can't compare "Premiership football" to that of the training ground, nor the reserves, as that is a completely different game as it is! - surprinsingly!

If he's struggling in training and in reserve games what makes you think he's going to be able to handle matches in the EPL?

On the other hand if he's not struggling in the reserves and looks good in training then he should be getting a regular start and/or be on the bench. Since he isn't and since he appears to be fit/recovered from his hamstring injury then I'll assume that the rumours regarding his inability to handle the pace of a game to have some foundation.
