1) Put ZZ on the transfer list or tell us when he will be back. Ill take the cash.
2) Get Jon Jo playing . If he is as good as peeps say then God how we need him. At least he is one of ours.
3) Send Burton back to where ever he came from. He is at best just about good enough for this league .Probably a Div 1 player. Give Fleetwood or Dicko a go.FFS at least they are our players.
4) Where possible play our own not other peoples cast offs.
None of the above have any cost implications.
Just another thought --- CARETAKER ??? somene who comes in to hold the riegns while your looking for some one else -----but we aint looking. CARETAKER some who while holding the ship steady through his own good results makes the job his own ------------Parkinson/Pardew same same.
Idea ------- get Curbs or Davies in by offering them a large BONUS to keep us in this league . We need two quality players / drivers and generals (who may not now touch us with a barge pole) and give them a get out clause in their contracts if we go down.
Get the old Target 10,000 crew ready as they will be needed next year.
