As I said on the match thread, Derby missed an open goal at nil-nil and then were unlucky to have a goal disallowed. These things balance out.
Let's put the last second equaliser down to bad luck rather than attribute it to anything. If they keep playing like this then they'll pick up more points than they'll concede.

Onwards and hopefully upwards...
Maybe but Commentators conceded that offside goal was offside and they were Derby! I just feel that nothing is gonna go our way I just want one fucking Win before New Years please!!
I am totally behind Parkinson dont get me wrong but im sorry falconwood, i disagree with you when you say parky did everything right, Bouazza should of been taken off instead of sam.Bouazza was extremely poor and you can tell he is a loanee because he showed absolutely no heart, and whoever said the defending down the left side was poor, basey was excellent, he just didnt have the support. By the way everyone who has got on sams back which is a large majority, i hope that performance by him tonight will maybe change your minds on him because i thought his commitment was outstanding! Elliott, Cranie,Sam and Waghorn were brilliant. Although i have to say i thought gray was outstanding, he worked his nuts off upfront there, didnt get many decisions for him and scored an excellent 'andy hunt like' goal. I would really consider Parky for the permanent job because i think he fielded the right side tonight and fair play to him for putting young robbie elliott in! Its not the manager to blame, were just in a rut which is obviously evident because our defence looks so shaky and nervous, we desperately needed to cling on for that win. But a great effort from the lads, its just the way its going for us at the minute guys.
Couldnt of done alot about it mate, the duke is a master at penalty taking, and i think it would be wrong to try and say he was at fault for the penalty. Everything, elliott could of realistically dealt with, he did! Also i think his kicking is tremendous.
[cite]Posted By: falconwood_1[/cite]If it was his kicking alone he'd be in the side no problem.
Thought the penalty was really odd.
If Elliot was another 4/5 inches taller he'd be fine but his height is a problem.
He did well considering where we are and the way the team has been playing defensively.
He's 6 ft 3, an inch shorter than Weaver.
Didn't get to the game today, so watched it on TV and they said Ellington always takes his penalties like that. He places them after the keeper has dived. Which explains why Elliot didn't dive.
their first goal came from basey havin 2 players to mark whilst that lazy fuck** bouazza ambled back.shame we gave it our all but i had visions of fulham happenin and it did.

spot on, 1-0 up in a must win game and he takes it on himself to become a third striker and start show boating about. Should have been taken off before then and replaced with Gillespie. Parky did ok tonight but his substitutions baffled me.
If we play like that every week, and the fact that Parky lost his voice is a sign he did his best an all, we will get out of this...
We were very unlucky tonight.... we just need a win on Sat , a win on Sat and the world could be a totally different place... we need a lift off as curbs used to say..
I for one and happy with Parky and wht he did tonight, he organised them, got them to work and fight and also got the best out of Sam which is good...
his aproach of two holding midfielders and two attacking wingers worked well....

As you said it, I had that Fulham feelin, so gutted (infact i'm still gutted bout that night, god how long ago is that now?!!)
i think elliot was unlucky with the pen because the pen was so soft and wack it looked like he just tried 2 roll it down the middle. We looked good 2nite and played with passion was glad because we took my pals little boys wit us and they cant wait 2 go again.thank god it wasnt the 1 of the last few games.

The defending down the left side was sloppy all night.
Positives are there but the way we defend crosses we will still forever keep conceeding.
Felt sorry for Parkinson as he did everything right.

Semedo did ok, just think Bailey isn't upto this pressurised, seat of your pants stuff.
He flaps around giving it away.
If Holland was 3 years younger we'd be ok......
but he's not and we're not.
What do you think about Elliot on the penalty??
ZZ isn't injured he just doesn't want to play for us could have done with holland in the side for the final 5 minutes!
Tried there hardest yet still not good enough to beat a team who on the day were the worst of the two poor teams......Simple as that.

Christ he must be 17 stone then!
I actually thought he should stand because i remembered him doing that before. . . .
A lot of honest endeavour but you was always waiting for the kick in the bollox.....
