Sorry, anyone that plays football at any standard must still feel the buzz and want to play, maybe some need motivating after a few beers the night before and they wake up on a freezing windy morning to pay £5,6,7,8 to play on a shit pitch, but, FFS, you get paid £3,4,5000 to train for 3 hours per day and then turn up to play on a great pitch in front of 20,000 ( ;-) ) and you need fucking motivating, spineless cocks.
