I note this morning that there is a lot of criticism of our loan players not being up for it.At Blackpool yesterday the 2 best players in our side were loan players Burton & McEveley.
Yes Kap10I we were there. For the first 30mins not bad with 2 vg goal chances and if one had gone in it would have given them confidence. The 2nd half was awful, very little commitment and poor skill levels except for Burton and McE.
I don't think we will miss Cranie but it might be unfair for me to judge him on an injured display.
The team seem very poor and unless they can improve they will be relegated. They need a bit of luck and reorganisation which IMHO can only be achieved by a complete change in management.
Gloomy reading LL...I thought that coming back to Oz would shape a better turn in the clubs fortunes.....so much for superstitions. I just dont think we have masses of time on our hands to decide if Parky is the man to see us out of this mess. Somehow being in the bottom 3-5 of the EPL didnt seems so bad as we were amongst the elite. But to be bottom of a pretty crap league really hurts and shows just how far the mighty have fallen in just 24 short months. Ive seen worse in my time, but to see the hardwork of the last 15 years to be pissed down the pan so easily is a bitter pill to swallow. I like many others remember when we had crap support...a hardy 5-6k on a good day, I just really dont want us to go that far backwards. Having an average 20K fans at home was just a pipedream back in the 70-80's.....lets hope that somebody within the club can wave a magic wand and get us out of this mess.
