The Blackpool defeat a blessing in disguise?

It seems that there was no real change performance wise at the Blackpool match. I have nothing against Parky whatsoever, however, 1 point out of 9 when 6 were more than up for grabs leads me to believe he needs to leave and leave quickly so a completely new aproach can start (hopefully for tuesday night) and I hope the board agree. I have to say I think the loan system is a joke and that it has been a major influence in our piss poor form the last 2 seasons. Get rid of the loan players...they only breed poor morale for the rest of the permanent squad and as it stands at present they are no better players than our own ones. A new permanent manager straight away is our only hope of survival this season.

Exactly, how on earth are you supposed to create a strong team spirit when half your squad dont have a future at the club. One or Two fringe loan signings are fine and can definitly serve their purpose but when the core of your team is composed of these flybys it truely shows the desperation of the situation.
