The turning point

edited November 2008 in General Charlton
Starts tomorrow at 3pm. I've been lurking for a while now and have slowly seen the glass turn from half empty to empty. We're gonna do it tomorrow.

Should we find ourselves behind early on, let’s support the team and pull us through like we have before. If the need to boo the team/manager becomes too strong for some, can you please leave? We have had worse times than this and managed without boo-boys.

Turn up early(ish), an early rendition of VFR, "Come on you reds" for the corner(s) let’s get some passion from the fans and through to the players who are as desperate for a win as we are.

Maybe it’s just the Stella talking or maybe tomorrow could be something big, confidence is a huge thing. Remember how good weekends used to be?

Pull together for our team,

Come on you Reds.

  • I think we're going to get a win today but I'm starting to wonder if my optimistic attitude is in fact some kind of mental condition. Never-the-less...

    COME ON YOU REDS!
  • Every game I'm optimistic and think/hope we will win, and most games I've seen this season its been knocked out of me within 10/15 minutes of the kick-off, but the optimisim and the excitment is with me today and once again I'm looking forward to a Charlton win.

Yeah, pull together for our team.

    CMON YOU REDS!
  • Whatever the score, the crowd need to keep singing encouragement.

It is still our team and no matter who pulls on the shirt or stands in the dug out or sits in the Boardromm we should show our support to the shirt.

We are the supporters who were once known as the best and most organised in England, let's get out there today and prove we can still be.
