Looking at the timings, I think you were first with the news Golfie ;-)
This is clearly to make way for the wages of incoming loanee(s), which although I am a fan of Ambrose is probably the right decision because the loanees have to be funded.
He is not the player you need for bottom of the table scrapping, his quality comes to the fore when the rest of the team is playing well, if we turn things round, he can always come back and take us forward.
