.... in Dazzler's words. This is in no way endorsed or written by the Actual Alan Pardew.
I am not walking away from this Job as I believe that with this team consisting of some very skilful players like Zizi and Racon. I believe I can bring this club back to the premier league.
I believe in Luke Varney, Nicky Bailey and Nicky Weaver.
I believe in a world where we can win games and I believe in a world where we can sit side by side with the likes of bolton, fulham and Middlesborough.
I believe in a world where my c.v can look better and where League one is our target.... oh wait.... I mean the premier league title is our target and not promotion...

Alan Pardew is adamant he will not walk away from Charlton despite recent criticism from fans.
The Addicks' manager was under pressure from some sections of the crowd during and after last weekend's defeat to Barnsley.
But despite supporters' anger over a bad run of form, which has seen just one win in the last nine games, Pardew said he had no intention of giving up.
He said: "I don't want them singing nasty things about me, of course, but that's part of the job.
"The thing I can't understand is people thinking I might walk away or throw in the towel. That's ridiculous.
"This is the time when managers have to manage. You have to be strong for your players and staff.
"I have a huge responsibility to them and I'm not going to let them down."
The manager said he has been affected by the criticism but added he was focused on the job in hand and the next game against Plymouth Argyle on Saturday.
He said: "You come to a club and you want to be respected for what you do and you want to achieve things.
"At the moment that's far from where we are, but I'm big enough and strong enough to cope with it."
My fake bit wasn't far off!
There's even a bit of contrition:
"We know we've disappointed and let people down this year, and we now need to put that right...The criticism doesn't go unnoticed, of course it bothers me. I want the fans to respect me more than anything."
Whether it amounts to anything or is more of the same-old-with-new-added-fake-humility we shall have to wait until Sat. pm to find out.
You don't have to walk away you know, Plymouth is a bit far anyway.
Try getting the coach or train, no blisters doing it that way.
;o)
however some of his comments on why he wont walk i will buy into, I am not changing my mind i dont want him anymore but the pain is subsiding the reality is kicking in he will not be going this side of xmas if at all.
Do what you said Pardew, show us how much it is hurting you knock our thoughts about you down our throats, teach your players some bollox teach them how to come out fighting as the whole place is against you.
but for the love of muzza and the respect the man is showing you turn things around and do it quickly before he takes the blame for your piss poor attempts at mgmt .
i will now not mention i want you gone until after sheff yoo, i wont sing it i wont shout it but i will tell you this you have 3 games to turn the performances around 3 really tough games i want a minimum of 4 points from 9 If you do that if we look like a team if the effort is there i will allow you grace but the clock is ticking and the fuse is very much alight.
please dont let us down again because the Valley can be a happy place once more i just hope you have the nous to do it
You sound like Richard Murray speaking ....
;o)
After tonight I think he is telling the players to grow some bollox and stand up and be counted but he reckons there are not enough leaders in the game anymore, at all levels, and maybe he is right. Arsenal fans are saying exactly the same, that they lack leadership on the pitch. He is trying to instill it in the players though, especially the foreign one's for whom the intensicity of the game here isn't what they are used to.
Secondly, I'm prepared to give him five games to show a marked improvement. The cavalry won't arrive till next week, the experienced loanees, so I'm going to give him four games after their arrival to really turn it around. If he doesn't then the impression I got was that his days were well and truely numbered.
You are now Mr Pardew
not Pards, sooper al, or arrogant big nosed bstd.
just MR PARDEW.
i must admit i am impressed with the fact he didnt hide last night and has shouldered the blame
