what if the takeover was going on behind closed doors . .you know charlton like to do things on the hush hush. sorry if im getting anyones hopes up.

    If it was someone other than Zeebel then CAFC must let the Stock Exchange know so it would be in the public domain. If however Zeebel changed their mind (unlikely) it might go on behind closed doors if the price was an issue , but would have thought that had ben agreed pre the D Diligence process.

    If Zabeel were interested, they still couldn't mislead the stock exchange so they coudn't go behind closed-doors. You're right; it's over.
