[cite]Posted By: oohaahmortimer[/cite]looking for a left back , winger loanee stylee player to improve the squad
How about two footed utility goalkeeper cum centre forward, with a degree in sports psychology, who is good in the air as a makeshift centre back, with a good engine if played in midfield and goes like a greyhound in the slips so could play winger or wing back. Now that would be an ideal Pards player.

As long as he had some idea of tactics, organisation, leadership and managerial skills ..........
Chelsea: Rhys Taylor, Nana Ofori-Twumasi, Jeffrey Bruma, Liam Bridcutt, Ben Gordon (sub Morten Nielsen), Michael Woods (sub Sergio Tejera), Mineiro, Jacob Mellis, Miroslav Stoch, Fabio Borini, Scott Sinclair.
Unused subs: Nick Heimann, Tom Taiwo, Ricardo Fernandes.
Any idea who he might have been watching?
Doubt its a keeper, we have loads of central midfielders, unlikely a centre back as he likes Cranie, Hudson and Primus. Wide player or striker I would guess, but then thinking about it he'll probably be looking for more strength to add to the team.
[cite]Posted By: Ledge[/cite]already missed out on one decent chelsea player in Michael Mancienne who has gone to Wolves - quality youngster at centre half
Has he? Nice hair but could have been good for us.
" Scotty it's michael Mancienne how you doin bud? listen i have got the chance to go and work with Pardew, what do you reckon?"
"Mikey bruv dont bother the bloke is a beep beep beep last year he didnt know where or how to play me he will get another defender in at the same time in your position and the fans dont like those mad boots we all wear"

not saying he could have got him but send Primus back and get this fella in. Watched him a few time for the U21's and he is class. pace power, good in the air.
But as NLA says Pardew's record not great so he would probably been put off
Whelan would be a great signing, is very good at set pieces and has a great left foot, imo we should have gone for him when he left Sheff Wed for Stoke

Chelsea mate at work says Stoch is a pacy little winger, great dribbler and scores goals and was top scorer for their under 18s 2 years ago. But after the doomed loan of Sinclair would Chelsea loan us another player?!
Mancienne would've been good. Also saw that Nicky Hunt has joined Birmingham on loan, he'd have been a good solid loan signing.

It doesn't matter where he plays, just to have a player actually called ......Nana
;o)
Probably one of the Potters. Which might not be a bad thing actually, in this division you need some Northern-cloggers.
Faye? : - )

"Stoke trio Glenn Whelan, Richard Cresswell and Danny Pugh want to quit the club to find first-team football. (Daily Mail)".
