personally, i would much rather charlton's manager steps up to the plate and sort it out than see him get sacked but, if i'm honest with myself, sitting in the upper west i've not seen anything that encourages me to think you have the answer to whatever is going wrong...however, if you think you can prove me wrong then i'd give you another chance, but if all you would be doing is dragging out the inevitable then sometimes its better to go with a reputation still intact, look at ian dowie, he's had two jobs since leaving charlton and he went early, than leave it to the last minute when your reputation and confidence is shot to pieces...results, not excuses is all we want...if you haven't got the players to play to your gameplan, change the fcking gameplan to one they can play to...
