I know Pardew is intent on playing 4-4-2 or his 4-5-1 but if I were manager for a day I would try 3-5-2 with two attacking full backs getting forward sacrificing two wingers that don't seem to deliver at the moment, having three centre halves to cover, and having three midfielders in the centre to try and keep some possession. This could help us at The Valley because it's not the widest of pitches. Just a thought?!

No teams play it now because it doesn't really work.
So no, imho.
