He won't walk, and getting sacked means he gets a pay off. He has 18 months left on his contract, he really doesn't give a damn, and he is forcing the situation so he gets sacked, and gets money. Then he can point to 'success' with Reading and West Ham, and blame his awful Charlton years on the directors, and some other mugs will give him a job.
He is deliberately doing this surely, and his motivation is money. If he isn't motivated by money, then he should prove it by walking!

    I stand by my post, Pardew will get another gig based on his previous, but he won't walk at Charlton because a pay off wouldn't follow. In my view he is motivated by the money, and it is in his personal interest to preside over the present disaster.

    Blimey "Seth" I have known you for years and I know you are Charlton 100% - never seen a post like that from you before.

    Must admit I walked with 20 minutes left - only once in the past 40 years have I left early like that (Leeds!!!!)
