There are loads of good questions about where the club could go if and when the deal to make us richer then god goes through, but how about we start a debate on putting together a fans charter, so things that happened at QPR don't happen to us?
Say;
1. Club colours remain broadly the same (give or take changes to bring the sword in hand into the 21st century)
2, Ticket prices are affordable to sectors of the community
3. Community work continues
4. We stay at the Valley or within the borough of Greenwich.
etc etc.
What do you reckon and what else would you add?

Let's keep it sensible and not add "buy Ronaldo"
4. We stay at the Valley
4. We stay at the Valley
yep planning is already theer in increase IF needed so no reason to move at all
you dont know what's going to happen. We could be needing a 60k seater stadium in 5/6 years. Now way you could fit that into the current site.
Not that many plastics around im sure
5. R Murray to remain on the board?
Ha ha think you're getting a bit carried away, we only just get 20k at the moment and i imagine it'd be a good 2-3 years before an upgrade to 40k was built, then we'd have to try and fill that. Chelsea don't even sell out 40k for some champions league and domestic cup games.
I've already spotted some over the top posts on here and the deals not even happened yet.
6. That the fans strive to stay grounded and don't become billybigbollox ie: Chelsea.
to talk 60 thats twice the valley completely sold out....
Supporters are given a voice in the running of the Club (I always suspected there was more to the decision to abolish the directorship - another of the potential buyer's concerns, maybe?)
We stay at The Valley unless supporters are consulted and the general consensus is that a move is in the interests of the future of the Club (like the consultation over our interest in The Dome a few years ago)
ok, maybe not 60k, and probably not 5/6 years - but you just dont know what will happen.
Dont think i would be against a state of the art stadium near the Dome....
But lets get the cheque signed first and see what happens!
I'm gettign carried away a bit...
I'm getting carried away too.
;o)
Personally don't like the current badge much but wouldn't want a wholesale change.
Anyway this, as I see it, is about setting an agenda not resolving all the issues here and now.
:)
I say leave everything as it is, including the price of pie, and expand the ground as much as poss, and quality of the team.

Really I love the current badge...... love it.....
I think the majority of hardcore fans would stay grounded, as are a great many old school Chelsea fans to be fair. It's only the ones who suddenly remembered their Chelsea affiliation about six or seven years ago that give it the big 'un in my experience...
I didn't like that book, the dvd however, is the bollocks!
I think i liked it most for the title!
Interesting and considered blog on this topic.
agree with these two!
