I think from the existing staff and remembering you said realistic ie not much money available to spend:-
Weaver
Youga at a pinch has the pace to make the step up
Hudson
Fortune unpopular with a lot of people but been there and done it previously
ZZ
Ambrose
Bailey given the way he has started deserves a shot
Varney if he bangs a few in and gains some confidence
Toddy fitness permitting
I'm struggling to think of any others. Gray is perhaps borderline, Moo2 has the pace but defensive deficiencies Basey has a good left peg, physical presence and skill but is painfully, painfully slow. Jonjo would be a year older and might be ready to contribute now and then.
I confined myself to OUR players and ignored loans like Bouazza and Crainie.
Weaver Moo2 - not impressed with Cranie Hudson Fortune Youga - offers more than Basey at LB Sam - gives a bit defensively (1st 30 mins at Forest apart) Bailey ZZ Ambrose Gray Varney
I've maybe misunderstood the question - I thought it was the team for the Prem should we manage to get promoted, rather than the best team we have now?
GK - Weaver
LB - Youga
CB - Hudson
CB - Fortune
RB - Cranie
RW/S - Varney
CM - Bailey
CM - ZZ
CM - Holland
LW/S - Ambrose
S - Gray
I'd play 4-5-1 when defending or clearing and 4-3-3 when attacking. Could have put in Primas at CB but frankly we don't know at 34 whether he's going to be able to hack it and frankly Fortune is playing well alongside Hudson and when he plays well, he's PL class. I've seen lot's of Bouazza but only one remotely decent performance. For that reason I'd go with Ambrose, he's talented enough, he just needs to believe in himself a bit more.

You are under the correct understanding I guess no one thinks we can sign players!
