Yep, but if we really do have promotion ambitions we should be beating teams in the bottom three and playing 4-5-1 sends the message out that we are trying to avoid defeat rather than win tough away games.
i agree with making our sel harder to beat away from home and the 4-5-1 does that, although i think his selection of players is a bit weird. i would of liked to see Gray as the lone striker and Ambrose having a free role behind the striker.
There weren't many at the match today. From the OS match report:
"......Thornhill replaced Chambers at the interval for Forest with both fans singing loudly as the players emerged to Mull of Kintyre."

4 points from 2 away games is not a bad return
2 up and 1c down other all sq
no doubt others will be on later to disagree.
We would have lost to Swansea, Donny & Forest last year - 7 points this season!

We slip one place.
That's a good point - didn't think of it like that. How well did we do in corresponding games against the newly promoted sides last season?
Did Bristol City get promoted last season? If so we won at their place and drew at the Valley.
Scunthorpe were I think the other promoted side - drew at home and lost away.
So, six points gained, while our opponents collectively took eight off us.
Nottm. they get very arsey about Notts.
Notts is Nottinghamshire, the county
Nottm is Nottingham, the town/city or whatever it is
Therefore: Nottm Forest
