Palace Tickets Missing

Having not received mine today which I ordered on Monday by phone and yet receiving my Doncaster ticket today which I ordered on line on Wednesday, I phoned the Commercial Centre this afternoon. Apparently a whole batch of tickets including some for the Wolves game sent last Monday have gone missing (they were sent 2nd class by mistake). I've been told if they haven't turned up by next Tuesday, to contact them again so that they can sort somthing out (presumably issue a duplicate).

Mine still haven't turned up. I'll ring the club tomorrow morning to get something sorted.

I've read on another forum that other people have had the same problems. They have been told to wait until a few days before the game, contact CAFC if they still haven't received tickets by then and they will arrange for duplicate tickets to be collected on the night at Palace.

This happened to my Dad for the Wolves game, brought a ticket for his mate but it didn't turn up. So had to go the the ticket office before the game.
