Crossbars - advice needed please!

Is anyone a member?

I've got passes for Saturday but I'm not sure about the arrangements for getting to my seat etc. Do I have to come out and go in through the turnstiles 5 mins before kick-off or can I get straight into the stand (lower north)? Can I get back in there at half time?

Any info gratefully received!
