Turns down Ipswich and goes on trial at Wolves!

I think Ipswich thought it was a done deal!

    Didn't he play under McCarthy at Millwall? Can't blame him, i think Wolves will be right in there for automatic promotion this season

    as with all footballers today he'll go wherever pays him the most. I'm convinced that if Thurrock offered Ronaldo 200k pw he'd go. Not that I think they are all mercenaries ......

    He didn't really do it for us but neither did Hermann the year before, although in fairness he was playing with an injury some of the time, yet he did well at Pompey last season.

    Thatcher might do the same I suppose.

    Na. Thatchers legs have gone. Excellent when he first signed him and all went down hill after his injury. Only thing I can say about him is he was better than troare, just!
