You Couldn't Make It Up!!

Police goof

Surely they could see when the passed the Anti-Terrorism Law that our good old boys in blue would, in the words of Not The Nine Oclock News, be a bit "over zealous".

If I remember some of the offenses listed in the NTNN sketch were:

1. Walking on the cracks of the pavement
2. Wearing a loud shirt in a built up area between the hours of darkness

I can't think of any more.

Comments

  • "Looking at me in a funny way".
  • Have to say well done to the Kent Police for holding their hands up, apologising and donating some money to the welfare fund at the boy's school.

It doesn't excuse the officer's outrageous behaviour but it seems they dealt with the aftermath as well as possible. I hope the Met are watching.

    Yes it's all flooding back!!!

On Henry's point about how they dealt with the aftermath, I agree credit where credit's due.
