ended up there one evening after a hike for the Duke of Edinburgh's award ended up very wet.
can't remenber much about it - good fry up though as we had to eat the all food we had with us which was meant for two days.
4 teenage goys sharing a caravan after eating copious amounts of sausages & beans meant it was rather smelly the bnext morning.
those were the days

Used to love it as a kid. Haven't been there for many years though. I've heard others talking about it, reckon it must be one of the most famous campsites in the country.
