Battle of the Leicester nut nuts.
Martin Allan despite coming across a loon has yet to have a failure against his record. Built a Barnet side from scratch, taking them to the top of the table. He then saved Brentford from relegation, before leading to the play-offs in two consecutive years. He then took MK Dons to the play-offs, before his ill fated move to Leicester. Following clashes with Mandoric, he was sacked after just 4 games, despite losing only once.
Ian Holloway is also seen by many to be a sandwich short of a picnic, but his methods have by and large brought good results. His managerial career began with a mixed start in charge of Bristol Rovers, where he secured a play-off position once in four seasons. After failing to stave off relegation at QPR, he rebuilt the side, and eventually led them back to Championship football, where they settled in mid-table positions. On doing a decent job at Plymouth, he surprised many in November by resigning to take charge of Leicester. This would prove a decision Holloway would deeply regret, as he did little to guide them away from relegation.
Both are keen to get back into football, and both feel they have what it takes to succeed at Championship level.
REMEMBER: You are voting on who out of the two on offer you would prefer to be Charlton manager.

I don't think our board would interfere like Mandaric so he actually would be a decent candidate for us.
I'd still rather have Pards for the moment. Stability, two year plans and all that...
Not forgetting Premiership experience if we do actually make it....
Lol.
