"We don't need people who don't want to be here. We don't need the Mark Hudsons of this world who don't want to be with the football club or Bostock, albeit they may be very talented"

Of course you don't Simon.....You're so apathetic about the whole thing you've decided to mouth of to the media....Again.

Sorry GHE if this offends your mate, but what a utter t***er this bloke really is. He and Palace suit each other just perfectly

  • "I don't spend millions of pounds on my academy to provide footballers for other clubs."

Is it recorded anywhere exactly how many millions he's spent on HIS academy?

    Total knob, the fella.

It will play well to its intended audience which is not the morons/imbeciles of SE7 and beyond
  • you can understand where he is coming from with bostock - but hudson - he needs to get in the real world. This is footbal and happens to every bloody club.

I mean look at Man u having to give it large to Real Madrid over ronaldo.
  • Blimey this bloke makes me laugh!!! I don't know if this is true, but I would certainly not rule it out but apparently Bostock and his father (agent as well) had there season ticket applications for Palace next season ripped up by Jordan. Bostock and his father are huge Palace fans. It might be a load of crap, but knowing jordan I would not put it past him. Such a bitter little man.

There is no doubt that half or perhaps most of what he says is said just to plicate the Palace fans. Its like listening to someone from New Labour spinning on about how well the economy has done under their stewardship.

There aren't many people that I really dislike, and this doesn't have anything to do with him being a Nigel, but he is one. One of those people who's face would suit a big fist planted right in the middle of it, just to take him down a peg or two.
  • Man Utd have signed Ramsey from Cardiff but there are suggestions that they will loan him back to City to get experience. Cardiff have also signed a young Man U keeper on a season's loan.

And the lesson here is: Be nice to other chairman and clubs and maybe they will do a deal with you that helps you and them out.
  • Ramsey -now there's a talented lad - looked absolute quality when he came on in the cup final
  • What is it with this man

What a co-incidence. Two sets of accounts, 6 years apart and the same amount. Who have thought it.

Good away point at the Valley, last game of the season, a few years back.

Always a difficult place to come and get a result, the Valley.

It must really piss him off that Richard Murray has been more successful on and off the pitch that he has been with CPFC and his businesses
  • We just don't appreciate how good he is for football

    LOL

Kind of overlooks the fact that he called all other prem club chairman "tossers" (you'll never guess who he asked to help him sort out that mess), blasted agents despite once having shares in one of the largest agency firms, admitted in court sending racist abuse to an ex girlfriend and insulted Charlton fans BEFORE the Dowie affair so it was nothing to do with us "legging him over".

But other than that can't see why everyone doesn't love him.

What is really sad about that thread on the palace board is the obvious desire, no not desire desperation, of the Palace fans to feel that they, their club and their chairman are loved and respected.

Now we'd all liked to be loved and respected (OK, not Millwall, they don't care) but they are really taking it to an extreme of group-think where they all agree with themselves that Jordan, and by implication Palace, are loved and great while refusing to accept any of the mountain of evidence to the contrary.

  • [cite]Posted By: Charlton Dan[/cite]Are you saying that Palace fans and Tango in particular are living in some sort of dream world Ben?

Not at all, just some of the people who posted on that thread.

I have no idea what level of self awareness Mr Jordan may have and, frankly my dear, I don't give a damn.
  • Who cares?
Why do the same people on here go on and on about Simon Jordan and Crystal Palace?
I find it all rather tedious.

It's about choice. They choose to go on about Jordan and Palace and you choose to discuss 15th century Italian poetry. Each to their own I say.
