F*** off, its just noise if you want to do something constructive try training it or socialising it with other dogs not beating it because you're embarrassed because its shouting at other dogs.

    Thats better, carry on. ;)

Came across such a person on Sunday who stuck her dog nose to nose with a strange dog and wondered they both felt uncomfortable.  She belted it across the back and was still berating it 10 minutes after the event.  Seeing her mum tonight, will have a quiet word now my blood's stopped boiling.

I suggest you have that word after you’ve done the business. Having it before might sour the mood.
  • The annual Met Gala in New York. Full of preposterous celebs that actually makes me think we should do all we can to speed up climate change and wipe out humanity.
You can’t deny that Kim Kardashian looked good though:

I must disagree with your post in the strongest possible terms. It's not in the least irrational. They are absolute wankers.
  • Outfit probably cost a few thousand, you could create something similar with half a dozen black binbags.

No level of dislike for people like them is irrational mate
  • The bloke on Twitter that pops up everywhere asking celebrities their favourite cheese, even if they've  ot answered him the first 13,621 times.

You wouldn't go up to people in the street constantly asking the same banal question that they clearly don't want to answer, why do it online?

Might sound a but OTT but I think the Kardashians are directly responsible for so many young women having massive self image issues. They were at the front of the whole selfie explosion and created this image of what women should look like and impressionable girls and women lapped it up. The irony of them being reality stars is that not a single thing about them is real. They look nothing like they did a few years ago are more plastic than a Surrey based Man Utd fan. You now have young women ruining their faces with surgery or treatments in an attempt to look like these people.
Sad thing is, it makes most look far worse, and all too samey, than they would if they'd not bothered in the first place.

So you get this army of pouty lipped, cheek implant, fake book, fake tan, wannable influencer types who would have all looked different and probably much nicer before.

    Definitely....
  • What a pathetic Specimen Kim Kardashan is,this lady may have the attention of a millions of schoolgirls and possess unlimited wealth, but she will never be happy, all the time she has to dress like this to gain attention.
  • Just a little bit disappointed that the lovely Emma felt the need to join these freaks, hope she soon learns she does not need this type of company.
  • Seeing a covid mask at my feet. Being 90% sure it's mine and consequently feeling obliged to pick it up. But that 10% chance that I could be handling someone else's moist covid filter horrifies me.

Getting distracted at the cash machine reading my statement and not noticing it has swallowing up my card. Wait 2 hours for the branch to actually open at 10am(!) only to be told they can't give it back to me. Despite having photo ID and quoting the 3 numbers on the back as a security check.

Apparently, as it's not my bank, they can't just reunite me with my own card and I have to go through the lost or stolen card process. What a waste of everyone's time and money when I could see the fecking thing on the other side of the glass.

My fault I know but jeez...

Good one. Had there been anyone behind me it wouldn't have happened as this is also a pet hate of mine. Makes it even worse.
  • Just paid the first full care bill for my old mum, delighted she now has the proper support she needs, but I'll never get used to the size of the bills.

Sounds like prices are slightly lower in northamptonshire,  we have put aside 150k  on the advice of alzheimers/dementia support given mum's age (92) for roughly the next three years, but it's a relief to not have her at her home anymore and receiving more and more help, she treated home visits as a total invasion of privacy.
