Anyone else having trouble getting this to work? Am trying to renew but it won't work! do you think it's trying to tell me something?

  • is it telling you an error? what is the error message you are getting?

    email the club with the problem on customerservice@cafc.co.uk and they will forward it onto the ticket department who will look into it for you.

    there is only one side, the missus is on the other !! Apologies to Al if I was rude.
  • Apologies accepted Large. ;o) Kick her out of bed first then you have a choice of sides!
  • Save the club money by paying with debit card instead of credit card.
    Saves about 2% - all adds up.
  • ok credit where credits due. I just phoned them and renewed over the phone and it took less than two minutes!
  • Website was poo but excellent service over the phone (except for the small burst of chariots of fire) in under 1 minute.
