Just checked out the final league table and re-confirmed what we all knew: Our form against the crap teams ended up costing us dearly.
Our record against the BOTTOM SIX: 17 points from 12 games.
Our record against the TOP SIX: 20 points from 12 games.
Two failures to beat Colchester (who only won 7 games all year), ONE point against Scunthorpe from two games, a failure to beat Coventry away (Iwelumo's header?) and the Blackpool disaster up there cost us very, very dearly.
You could even argue that a certain Kevin Lisbie (three goals in two games) kept us down on his own....
We ended up SIX points outside the PO's and
