Paddy Power think Captain Sensible is our new mayor of London.
They could well be right, but I suspect that they have forgotten to take into account the alternate votes which I suspect will favour Ken more than Boris.

    Boris has over 50% of the vote so far (Ken 37%) so it most likely won't even go to second preferences
