in the premiership, who has who?
are they all called managers? I'm sure i saw mourinhio's description as "head coach" once before? or is that a european thing?
anyone shed any light? is it one and the same?

Couldn't give you a breakdown of who's got what - but isn't the difference that the manager has a far wider remit then a coach that just looks after the team (hence Andrew Mills' role).
