Scott Carson & Jorge Costa - Didn't give a toss either of them. Never put any effort in.
It's not about if they are on loan but if they are any good or not. Other teams have made good use the the loan system this year and before Xmas people were demanding that we sign Mills and Sodje on perm deals.
I'd be happy to see 2 or 3 loan players come in next season but early on, for the full year and players who are a step above what we have.
unless we are going to sign them then that should be their lot. Drop Thatcher too for Basey or Youga. Play Grey with Varney. Semedo at right back to see if he can do it. Shelvey with Holland. Waggy on the right. Get ready for next season.

Agree about those two players, and there will always be exceptions but don't agree with your second comment, any player at a Premier League club is good isn't he? Otherwise he'd be playing down Hackney Marshes. Surely it's up to our manager to figure out first why loan players aren't getting in their team. Carson was purely too many players in front of him being a young keeper. Birmingham had younger players not getting a game in big clubs, bit like us with Song who was great. Halford, Lita, Mills, Sodje, Cook were hardly young players not able to break into a big four club were they?
I don't agree Mills was some sort of hero he had a few decent games but was a disgrace against Hull and not much better against Norwich or Plymouth if I remember rightly. Sodje I thought was the best of the bunch, hope we can keep him.
[cite]Posted By: Goonerhater[/cite]Unless we stand any chance of keeping any of them we shouldnt play any of them in the last two games. Would rather loose both with our own kids.
Scott Carson & Jorge Costa were not loaned to us this season, I don’t know if they gave a toss when they played for us or not. Carson was in the shop window and played in a relegated team. Most keepers look good in thoughs circumstances, they have more to do. Costa, one of the best defenders I have ever seen in a Charlton shirt. Neither wanted to sign for us. Halford,Lita, Mills, Cook and Sodje I dont know for sure if any of them give a toss about Charlton may be they do. Lets play the kids in the last games

Don't mind Sodje though.
