the players have got to take responsibilty for not pulling their weight. they should put them on performance related pay like some of us get and see if that would get them moving, because personal pride and playing for the badge doesn't seem to be their incentive at the moment.

If you don't pull your weight at work then your manager will tell you so, if that doesnt improve anything then the superior to your manager will have to get involved.....
