I've generally found that the answer is nothing, other than relaxation.
A nice swim, sauna and shower, and then a lie down to read the papers is the best i ever come up with, though its hard to justify doing that 4 times a week !!!
Well what worked for me yesterday was several small cups of water spaced over the course of the morning, rather than chucking down pints of the stuff at a time & then just feeling sick which I normally do. Then a nice run in the evening to sweat out whatever is left.
