[cite]Posted By: Reamsofverse[/cite]We have a manager who buys the wrong players and then cannot motivate or get the best out of them. You can tell all the hard luck stories you like but at the end of the day 3 defeats in a week against teams who have had as much riding on the game as we have is unprofessional.
If you lose the first you make sure that you get at least a point from the next and you set your stall out that way, but to lose a second and not get anything from the 3rd is totally inept.
The tactics are all wrong somewhere
Reams, you're right.
I wish you'd make more well thought out posts like your last couple - good stuff.
Maybe then you wouldn't come in for so much criticism
if anything i'm pointing my fingers towards pards' team selection. preston and burnley we played with 2 strikers and 2 on the bench. today we had 1 playing and 3 on the bench, yet we have 1 goal in the last 3 games which came from a defender. then we have cook and sinclair brought in on loan who aren't even playing and a great player (imo) in racon who looked the part in his appearances this season, and dean sinclair who hasn't even played for us this season bar a cup appearance doing nothing sitting in the reserves.....WHY?!?!?!?!?
You are all wearing rose tinted glasses....Pards hasn''t got a clue what he is doing....no idea of what his best team is...poor buys and loan deals. Why would you want to give this tosser another year !!!! Let's change in now bring in Kinsella...real charlton real passion. Play the kids get rid of the Thomas's, Gray's, Lita and Cook. Play the youngsters..... totally pissed off. Didn't even bother tracking the result today went to the St. Paddy's day parade in Hartford, CT. Knew we would lose and surprise...surprise.....
Kinsella is real Charlton yes but to give him the job now or until he has had some experience would be 100% stupid ! Takes more than passion to be a good manager.

Ok he's Charlton and Colchester through and through, but what has he done to show that he will be any better than Pards or god forbid Les Reed. If we are to ditch pards (which I don't agree at this stage) then lets get a manager with a decent fighting record at manger level, not some one with heart, but no real experience.
paul ince and roy keane similar in coaching/management experience and passion for the game as kinsella, they're doing alright everybody has to start somewhere ......mmmmm let me think gritt and curbs were of a similar level one of em got lucky

Isn't that what we did with Curbs and Grit, so as I said before Kinsella and Powell I for one would welcome that, we dont even have to sack Pards just make him director of football or something.

Fine there will be a position at Colchester later in the season, let 'em start there then when we know they are decent we'll snaffle them. Ince started at the bottom of the whole league, still is not out of the bottom level, Keane has a record of promotion of club near bottom of league and possibility of relegation in first prem season, a bit like Dowie then, but with more money than Dowie had at palace.
