    But doesn't that just sum up a lot of our problems? We either have players with commitment and energy but not necessarily the skill or creativity, or we have players with the talent who don't have the consistency/ application or we have players who might do better if they were given a proper run in the side in a formation that suits them.

    I can only ink in one player for the 2008/9 teamsheet.

    Any of the players I quite like (say Paddy or Bougy) I can still see weaknesses in.

    At least Mr Gray scored. He would be in my line up but I know many who wouldnt agree.
