My Preferred formation is a 5-3-2 with flying wingbacks...discuss

Weaver in goal (just ahead of Randolph though)

LWB - Youga / Basey
RWB - Motorkil / Halford

CB's - Madjid, Paddy and Sodj

Midfield 3 Semedo (holding) ZZ (attacking) Matt Holland (tidying up)

Front 2 - from Varney & Gray or Varney & Lita or Gray & Lita

Subs - Halford, Basey, Cook, Iwelumo, Elliot

That way Semedo can sweep just ahead of the back 3 where I think he was excellent earlier in the season. The wingbacks can bomb up and down the wings as we have seen them do a couple of times. We can play ZZ in a more offensive role and Matt Holland can just tidy up in the middle which he is great at doing.
If we are in this league next year i'd like to see Basey tried in the middle of midfield as his passing is very assured and he is strong (though not particularly fast).

I expect I'll get flamed for thinking of this but I like it!

    Nothing worg with that idea. It would give us balance in the middle, which I don't think we have at the moment.
