Instead of showing pictures of The Mighty Selhurst on Friday night why not show pictures of the dilapidated and crumbling Valley complete with gipsy bonfires, a few old nags and five feet tall grass to kickabout on. You can keep your crappy plate. If you're feeling a gift is long overdue, then three points will do for now.
If you saw the programme for the game at Shitehurst, it actually did contain a feature which contained a line like: "The more magnaminous Charlton fans would admit that we helped save their club".
They still believe the shit they were fed at the time. Unbelievable. Pity them.
'It's good to see that at least some of the Charlton support do actually acknowledge the fact that Palace actually helped them out. There is a strong possibilty that Charlton would not exist in their current format if not for the ground sharing. I actually worked with a guy who travelled all over the country watching Charlton but refused to go to the "home" games at Selhurst. How stupid is that ?'
Oh the dangers of the internet chatter eh? No wonder nobody believes official stuff these days as unofficial made up wind ups are much more fun and believable. "It must be true, I read it in the Times on a message board".

Well some of the other Directors have seen it now and they actually think it's a good idea.
Peter Varney has bought the salver and David White has volunteered to make the presentation as he feels an affinity for Simon Jordan
The article mentions about there being intellectually-challenged supporters. I wonder if it is these Directors that are intellectually-challenged. Quite a few of these so-called intellectually-challenged supporters have season tickets and therefore have the vote when it comes to electing fans' directors.

You might realise it's a wind up Roy, jeez
However some of the other decisions that the Directors have made fairly recently make me wonder if they are the ones who are intellectually-challenged.
Have a bit of good grace and admit you fell for it
lol....its certainly been a good laugh..some of those comments on 606 and Holmesdale are priceless...especially from the supporter who has been a fan for 63 years!....Excellent stuff......
and dont forget...we arent their rivals.....how many times do they have to tell us..... ;-)
'Has anybody else heard the rumour that we will be giving the orange man an award on Friday night prior to kick-off, as well as having a minutes applause to thank Palace for having us at Selhurst as it is the anniversary of when we where there. Hope someone could clarify this for me, because if it is true, it is an idea born out of shear stupidity! And stands no purpose but to add edge to an already eagerly anticipated game.'
How about all of us buying some of those sliver foil trays that you have at parties and taking along with us, if we are asked what are they for? We could reply so that the crumbs don't fall onto our blankets.
We could all wave together, just so they can see what they could have won.

I have to admit you was the better team on the day.
HOWEVER
when it comes to bottle you lot havnt got none whats so ever. i mean when you TRIED to get to us in the pub by the station you didnt start to charge untill the police stood infront of you! Also after the game you didnt start to give it untill our train pulled up. aswell as some of your "fans" tried to start at london bridge but yet again tried to cower inside a train, they wer just lucky the doors would not open.
so all in all good game but if you say you hate us and were this and that try a little harder to TRY and do us some harm not like that would ever happen
Is that like that "bottle" of those Palace fans who attacked a train full of families at the last game.
Not impressed and neither do I care who is the "hardest" or has the most "bottle". Grow up. It's sad that you even mention let alone take pride in such pathetic events.

'Charlton are to give us the respect we deserve...'

I take it that's fans complaining about the presentation? Firewall at work won't let me on...
