At Derby, Paul Jewell is seething:
"I phoned (Premier League chief executive) Richard Scudamore on Wednesday and asked him about the Danny Mills injury and whether we could cancel the loan and get another player in.
"But he came back to me very quickly and said that wasn't possible and that rules are rules.
"But that doesn't appear to be the case, perhaps it's rules are rules for Derby County but maybe not for other clubs."
