Saw a documentary on it a few nights back....apparently a hut has been on the site since 1926. I remember it well from the 60's when my uncle used to play footie on Blackheath and we used to go for a cuppa afterwards.
Tell u what over last few weeks there has been this thing standing on Blackheath hill just before you reach the bus stop looks like Nusferatu (vampire thingy) f**In freaky it is seen it about 4 times now.About 11.30 pm. One very strange dude or dudet. Pointed it out to Mrs GH she says its a Phe( Thai) for ghost. She knows about this sort of stuff. Mind you probably a lost wino from Deptford. Or Henry on the way back home.
