Just thinking that the next few fixtures, Stoke at home, Scunthorpe away and obviously Palace at home, have got me really looking forward to Charlton games again for the first time in ages.
Can honestly say i never felt like this for the last few Premiership years and not much this season due to our persistence with the long ball, lone striker tactic we played for many games. But now Pards has got the team playing good attacking football, 442, with good quick fullbacks, i'm thoroughly looking forward to the next 10 days.

Why be terrified of the stripeys?

They're just a hard working side that are going to compete for every ball and be in our faces.
In that way, we have to match them.

They pack the midfield and break quickly. Their main route to goal is Clinton Morrison.

As a form side, definitely not to be underestimated but really - we shouldn't be nervous of them.

I am terrified of anyone saying about our home games that there are points available from them, every time I have said it this season (QPR, Colchester, Plymouth) we've gone and lost, so i reckon three games 9 points up for grabs - 0 gained.

I'm more worried about stoke to be honest. We really need to take 3 points to keep the pressure on

I am more worried about the defeat and all that comes with it rather than Palace itself. I know that we have a better footballing side than that workman like, boreoff dross they serve up every week, but we know that isn't always a winning ingredient in the CCC. I think we will miss ZZ badly, is he definitely not playing?
