Blame a lame crowd as much as you like, 13 points out of 30 is simply not good enough at home for the squad we have, in both talent and wage bill.
So short of getting a Thamesmead witch in to provide some ceremony to remove the ground of its demons, how do the manager and players get things back on track ?

Moutaoukil for Mills
Bougherra for Fortune
Racon/Semedo for Holland & Zhi
Give Reid and Iwelumo a rest - see what McLeod and Varney look like together up front? If Iwelumo isn't there we can't keep lumping it up to him.
For me, we need to put a lot of pressure on the two wide midfielders to perform, either Sam/Moo2, and THomas on the left, and get Mills overlapping as much as possible. Make it our ploy to play with as much width as possible and try and turn their full backs. By doing so, it will free up whoever the two is in the middle to play (and two from Semedo, Reid or ZZ CAN play), but also means that any high balls for Iwelumo are received from angles, rather than aimless humps to him with his back to goal.
We need to get at teams more, and have more desire and intensity in our attacking play.
I think this is the key. We need to give it a go at some real high tempo football for the first ten minutes or so, not long ball, but running at defenders, quick passing, early shots on goal (although not from Zheng), also I would play towards the north stand first half as well (although that didn't work well on Saturday)
So possibly
Boughera Mills Sodje Powell
Sam Holland ZZ or Semedo Thomas
VMcLeod Varney
certainaly seemed the case today ! Decent atmosphere throughout
