Seriously, this sort of "technical breach" and inappropriate paperwork has been going on for years, so it's nothing new.
I know of two court cases where the evidence is in the public domain - involving Newcastle and Birmingham - where it is crystal clear that the paperwork is never completed properly and the commercial terms are, shall we say, "blurred".
If I know this - because as I say it's in the public domain - then why haven't the FA done anything about it, rather than going for small fry like Luton? Pathetic!
