  • I'll be there as spending Christmas near Ipswich so not too bad.
  • i want to go to this but as a non driver and the trains not running going to have to give this a miss me thinks.

shame i like norwich really good places to have a night out
  • Spending Christmas in LA this year, so that's a no from me.
  • nice little trip along the A140 for you then, that road seems to go on forever doesn't it?
  • Is it a 3pm kick off?

I'm tempted as I love boxing day football - would need to be able to do it without pissing off the entire family though!

Yes, I do hope I'm sober by then
  • Nope away at family
  • Gutted when the computer pulled this one out.

My fav away game and can't make it.
  • Yep, Boxing Day football is a big family occassion.

Stupid that we are playing all that way away though.

    Snap, gutted.

Christmas for me is all about family for a couple of days, not 200 mile round trips. We can sneak down the Valley for a couple of hours, but can't drive halfway up the country !

  • I';m not spending xmas day with my family, so boxing day is for that, however, mentioned to my dad about us all going up there, and he didn't say it was a bad idea, we've just got to convince my 86 yr old nan that she'd like to come to a game.......!
  • Gutted to be missing this one as it's a decent easy away trip. At kickoff though, I'll be 30,000 feet above the Atlantic en route to Florida, so there's some consolation to be had...
  • Suzi stick her at the back with a mince pie and a brandy i'm sure she'll be alright ;o)
  • very tempted but it might have to be with family (unless they can be persuaded to attend)

she'd have to walk up the stairs first!

if it was an early k/o it would be even better cos we could get there and back and have cold turkey and chips ready for when we get home!
  • not a hope on this one, shame cause I like Norwich away.....but I can just about swing a couple of hours down the Valley on Boxing day, let alone that round trip !
  • Going to the game with the bother and law and father in law. Brother in law lives in Ipswich, turned out nice this season as i am having sleep overs for Norwich, Ipswich as well as Colchester, and score brownie points with missus as she sees her brother.
  • Yeah, me & Costa Rufus from Net Addicks are driving up.
